Good morning, teachers.

My name is Liu Yiou, and I come from Anshan, Liaoning Province. It's a great honor to be here for this interview. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Let me briefly introduce myself.
My major is Ecology. To achieve my ambitions, I've consistently dedicated myself to hard work. Over the past three years, my academic performance has been solid, and I've acquired a systematic understanding of my field. Furthermore, I passed the CET-6 during my sophomore year. On top of that, my strong performance in both studies and social activities earned me several scholarships.
Regarding my work experience, I've had the privilege of serving as a leader within my institute and class. As for my character, I would describe myself as optimistic and resilient. I maintain excellent relationships with my classmates. I enjoy exploring new ideas and am always willing to give them a try, all while valuing teamwork. In my spare time, I'm an a vid reader and occasionally participate in sports.
I ha ve a deep passion for my major. The moment I chose this field, I was determined to pursue it wholeheartedly. My guiding principle is simple: choose what you love, and love what you choose. I'm fully aware that I'll encounter various challenges in this field, but giving up isn't an option. As the saying goes, no pains, no gains.
That said, when compared with developed nations, the field of ecology in our country still has room for advancement. Yet, the rapid and robust development since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy is undeniable.
It's widely recognized that ecology in China is progressing at a remarkable pace. I am eager to become one of the contributors to this development. I will strive with all my effort, and I am confident in my potential to be part of its future.
