Respected Professors, good afternoon. It's a genuine honor to be here today and have this opportunity to briefly introduce myself.

My name is [Your Name], 26 years old, and I come from [City], [Province]. In [Year], I was admitted to [University], where I majored in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing. Throughout those four years, I worked diligently and actively participated in a variety of campus activities. I received the first-class scholarship four times and became a member of the Communist Party during my undergraduate studies.
After graduating in June [Year], I began my career at [Company]. In my first year, I served in the Technology Department and was involved in several internet-based projects — for instance, the online recruitment system for college students in Henan Province, and the computer center project for the Mathematics Department at Zhengzhou University. Thanks to my consistent hard work, I was honored with the Best Newcomer Award in [Year]. The following year, I was transferred to the Key Account Department, where I focused on building and maintaining strong relationships between the company and its major clients. Two key accounts — Henan Provincial Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel — were under my responsibility.
However, as time went on, the more experience I gained, the clearer it became that my true passion lies in enterprise management. I have observed that many companies face a fundamental mismatch between their management approach and the pace of their growth. This realization sparked a strong desire to learn more about management — and I hope to pursue that study here at this prestigious university.
So, in August 2008, I resigned and began preparing for further academic pursuits. After about six months of intensive preparation, I am now standing before you, respected professors — and I have to say, I am genuinely excited. Yes, I have sacrificed a lot along the way, but I believe every bit of it has been worthwhile. As I see it, hard work always pays off in the end. Thank you.
