hello, everyone!

My name is XXXX, and my English name is also XXXX — it happens to be the name of my idol. I’m a recommended student from CCFLS, where I’ve spent six years. During that time, I’ve learned a tremendous amount from the teachers, and I want to sincerely thank every one of them. Another school in my life is my family. I was born in 1990 into a happy family, and I’ve always been the apple of everyone’s eye. Genuineness, perseverance, conscientiousness, and the urge to improve — these are the qualities my family instilled in me. Today, without their support, I wouldn’t be nearly as confident. Many thanks to my family. I love them all.
I’m an optimistic, energetic, outgoing, active, and humorous girl with plenty of hobbies — listening to music and writing my blog, to name a couple. One thing worth mentioning is my blog on Sina, which I’ve put a lot of effort into. It’s not flashy, but it contains articles that are genuinely worth reading. I hope you’ll check it out — your presence and guidance would mean a lot.
Unlike many other girls, I’m quite good at sports. Swimming, skating, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis — you name it, I enjoy it. Despite my height, I ha ve a good jumping ability, which helped me become captain of the female basketball team and a key member of the female volleyball team at our school. In addition, I love playing chess — I won a silver medal when I was a child. Furthermore, I’m a versatile girl: piano and clarinet are my forte, both at Level 9. I’m also a good organizer and leader in school activities. I’ve organized many English speech contests, participated in them, and ranked among the best. In particular, I directed an English play called The Sound of Music, which was a huge success — every audience member spoke highly of it. I’m very proud of that.
To conclude, I’m sure I won’t let you down. I hope you can give me a chance to study at Xiamen University — the shrine in my mind — and I’ll bring you glory in return.
That’s all. Thank you for your attention.
