给父母的英文感谢信:感恩养育与陪伴的真挚家书

Dear Mom,
Thank you for bringing me into this world. Over these 20 years, your countless sacrifices have shaped my life, and it suddenly dawned on me that I have never truly paused to express just how grateful I am. With Mother's Day approaching, I want to put these heartfelt feelings into words.
First and foremost, thank you for giving me life. Without your courage, I would never have seen this beautiful world or understood how precious life truly is. You gave me the chance to meet the people who love me—and whom I love deeply in return. Thank you, Mom. You are the most wonderful person in the world. I love you.
Secondly, thank you for raising me with such dedicated care. I grew up healthy and strong because of your devotion. When I was sick, you always took time off work to look after me—how worried you must have been. That was your love in action. But I realize now that when you were ill, I never really took care of you. That thought fills me with deep shame. I'm sorry, Mom—I should have been there for you the way a son ought to be. And you know what? You are an incredible cook. I still cherish the years of your delicious home-cooked meals—nothing I have tasted since has ever compared. Mom, I love you.
Lastly, thank you for teaching me how to be a good person. From you, I learned honesty, generosity, forgiveness, and consideration for others. Because of these values, I have made many friends and enjoy a fulfilling life. Thank you, Mom. I love you.
Love from,
Son
英文感谢信范文:致我最亲爱的父亲母亲
Dear Mom and Dad,
Even though we can keep in touch virtually every day through MSN or emails, I still feel it is not enough—I need to let you know how deeply I love you and how much I appreciate everything you have done for me. There can never be too many thank-yous for you, my beloved parents.
First, I want to thank you for everything you sacrificed to raise me. I have heard that money was tight when I was born, and it was even harder for a young couple raising a child without help from the older generation. I deeply value your careful nurturing—it gave me good health and the profound feeling of being unconditionally loved.
Second, thank you for your wonderful education. There is an old saying: "Parents are the first teachers of their children." You truly are the perfect example. Your discipline was so firm that once I even asked my kindergarten teacher if I was really your child or just picked up from the street. Recalling that sensitive moment brings back vivid memories. I will never forget the first—and last—time you caught me in a lie. I trembled all over. Ashamed, I cried when you punished me. But deep down I knew I deserved it, and from that day on, I made sure to stay away from dishonesty.
I also will never forget how you instilled in me a love for books and reading. Even during the most difficult times, you still set aside money for the books I loved. That passion for reading never faded, and eventually led me to start writing myself. So many times I felt a deep sense of contentment when I saw your smiling faces after reading my articles—whether they were good or not. That gradually became one of my treasured habits: sharing everything I achieve with you, and feeling complete just from your smiles. It would be almost foolish to try to list everything you have done for me—if I could, this letter would never end.
But the most important thing I want to thank you for is your incredible respect for my freedom. You never forced me into anything I was not interested in, even when you already knew I might regret not doing it later. You never forbade me from pursuing what truly excited me, and you supported me both financially and emotionally. You told me to look beyond the horizon and chase my own dreams without hesitation. You also reminded me to think carefully before starting anything. Wherever I go, I can still see your eager eyes; wherever I am, I can feel your genuine love. You have loved me with all your heart and soul—how could I ever repay such marvelous love?
I truly feel that words fail me as I write this thank-you letter. Fortunately, the May holiday is approaching. It will give me the perfect chance to express my heartfelt gratitude in the best way possible: coming home and spending more time with you.
Yours,
Wang Minyuan
