Lisa:

Dear Lisa,
To begin with, please allow me to thank your company for giving me the opportunity to participate in the Group Assessment. Honestly speaking, this was my first group assessment ever, and I truly appreciate having the chance to experience the working environment and atmosphere at DTT, to connect with my seven talented teammates, to learn the importance of effective teamwork, and to reflect on both my strengths and areas for improvement—all of which are invaluable takeaways for my career growth.
Meanwhile, may I offer a small suggestion? From the moment I attached the name card to my chest, it kept falling onto the floor. I wondered if I was too nervous that even this lovely name card couldn't bear it. After returning to my dorm, I tested it with other sticky materials, and it turned out that my coat’s fabric simply wouldn't hold anything adhesive. So, would you mind if I suggest replacing the sticky name card with alternative options? For example, a name card placed on the roundtable might work better—it would also make it easier for teammates to recognize each other. What do you think?
Thanks again for this Group Assessment opportunity, which I will cherish for a lifetime. I sincerely hope we can have a chance for further communication in the future.
Best wishes to you and Deloitte.
Yours sincerely,
Wuna
